• The fabric for the silk products will be clearly marked, whether 100% mulberry silk or silk-rayon or silk-cotton interweave.
• The product will be inspected carefully before shipping. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return the product in its original condition within 3 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. For returns and replacements,shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.For return,we will refund the amount minus the shipping cost(par value of the receipt) and restocking fee(20% of shipping) .Please  Click Here to submit an email for a  Return Authorization Form.  Items must be returned returned in perfect condition, unused and in its orignial packaging, freight-prepaid.Returned items should be sent by reliable method, We will not be held responsible for any loss in transit. Duty and taxes associated with overseas delivery will be borne by the customer. We cannot accept returns on used item due to hygiene considerations. Special item(sleepwear,underwear) or custom made products are non-returnable. As the high international shipping cost, though we have adquate confidence of our items, we still strongly suggest the customer make sure all terms of the products before purchase to decrease this possibility to minimum.
