Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return the product in its original condition within 3 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

    We will fully refund  including the round shipping cost

• Item arrives defective.
• Item is not as depicted in description.
• Returnable defective items will be issued a full credit including shipping cost if not replace or exchange.

If the returns or replacements are not caused by our fault,shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.For return,we will refund the amount minus the shipping cost(par value of the receipt) and restocking fee(20% shipping) .Please  Click Here to submit an email for a  Return Authorization Form.  Items must be returned returned in perfect condition, unused and in its orignial packaging, freight-prepaid.Returned items should be sent by reliable method, We will not be held responsible for any loss in transit. Duty and taxes associated with overseas delivery will be borne by the customer.

  As the high international shipping cost, though we have adquate confidence of our items, we still strongly suggest the customer make sure all terms of the products before purchase to decrease this possibility to minimum.

If there are no our mistakes,We cannot accept returns on used item due to hygiene considerations. Special item(sleepwear,underwear) or custom made products are non-returnable
